Marin Divorce Mediation Training Registration: Northern California Mediation Center

REGISTRATION

LOCATION OF TRAININGS:
Trainings are held in Marin County, California, just north of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge, usually at one of the following sites. Registrants will receive confirmation and directions by email.

FEES:
A deposit of 50% of fee will reserve your space. The remaining 50% is due 14 days before the start date.

EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNTS:
Registrations with 100% of the fee, and postmarked or received by the dates specified for each course qualify for the respective early registration discount.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS
If you cancel 2 weeks or more prior to the start date of the course, your payment will be refunded, less an administration fee ($35 for 1or 2 day courses, $75 for 3 or more day courses).

For cancellations less than two weeks prior to the start date of the course, we retain 100% of the total training fee. In such event, you have the following choices:

Pay the administration fee, and transfer to another NCMC course, in the following 12 month period, with the same instructor(s), and the same number of days, if such a course is offered;
Pay the administration fee, and transfer your registration for the course to another person by giving NCMC written notice at least 2 full business days prior to the start date of the course; or
Forfeit your total training fee.

NCMC reserves the right to cancel trainings for a full refund of your payment. NCMC cannot be responsible for nonrefundable travel and accommodation arrangements.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION:
NCMC certifies that a participant has completed the 40-hour Essentials of Mediation and Divorce Mediation course and provides a signed certificate suitable for framing.

CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) CREDITS:

The Northern California Mediation Center (NCMC) is an approved provider for the State Bar of California to provide MCLE credits for attorneys, Provider number 126; for the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) to provide continuing education credits for MFTs and LCSWs, Provider number PCE 122; and for the California Psychological Association (CPA) to provide continuing professional education for psychologists, CPA PAS Provider number NOR045. NCMC maintains responsibility for all of the programs it presents and their content.

To receive CE Credits, add $15 to the fee for each course. For CPA Credits, you must attend the entire course.

Certificates for the specified Continuing Education (CE) Credits will be provided at the conclusion of each course to those attendees who completed the course and paid for the CE Credits. These certificates should be retained by attendees as proof to their licensing board of attendance. Replacement certificates requested more than 3 months after the course will be provided only upon payment of an administrative fee of $15.00.
