REGISTRATION

LOCATION OF TRAININGS:
Trainings are held in Marin County, California, just north of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge, at the following site. Registrants will receive confirmation and directions.

(This is 17 miles north of the San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge. Take the Lucas Valley/Smith Ranch Rd. exit, turning right (east) onto Smith Ranch Rd. Take the 1st left onto North Redwood Drive at the stoplight near the AAA office on the left.)

FEES:
A deposit of 50% of fee will reserve your space. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before the start date.

EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNTS:
Registrations with 100% of the fee, and postmarked or received by the dates specified for each course qualify for the respective early registration discount.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS
Your payment will be refunded, less a $75 administration fee ($35 for 1-day courses), if you cancel 2 weeks or more prior to start date, For cancellations less than two weeks prior to start date, we retain 100% of the total training fee. NCMC reserves the right to cancel trainings for a full refund of your payment. NCMC cannot be responsible for nonrefundable travel and accommodation arrangements.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION:
NCMC certifies that a participant has completed the 40-hour Essentials of Mediation and Divorce Mediation course and provides a signed certificate suitable for framing.

CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) CREDITS:
NCMC is an approved provider for the State Bar of California Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE); for the California Psychological Association Minimum Continuing Education Program (MCEP), provider #NOR045; and for the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), provider #PCE 122.

To receive CE credits, add $15 to the fee for each course. For MCEP, you must attend the entire course and timely complete and submit a post-course test.
