Sarah Killingsworth, ESQ.

Sarah Killingsworth has been practicing family law in California since 1998, when she received her J.D. from Stanford Law School, with distinction. She initially practiced as an associate at Diamond, Bennington & Simborg, then as an associate at Whiting, Fallon & Ross. Sarah is now a partner at Simborg, Killingsworth & Riebel with offices in Corte Madera, CA. Sarah moderated a panel on Collaborative Law for the Contra Costa County Bar Association MCLE Spectacular in November 2002. She is also the author of an article on fiduciary duty entitled "New Disclosure Requirements: Too Much of a Good Thing?" Contra Costa Lawyer, Vol. 15, No. 6, pp. 10-12, June, 2002.

Sarah is the past-president of the Board of Directors of the Family and Children's Law Center in San Rafael, an agency that provides family law assistance to low-income families and children in Marin County. She is a trainer for the Northern California Mediation Center on Custody issues in the "Fundamentals of Family Law for Mediators and Therapists". Sarah is a Certified Specialist in Family Law, certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization in 2004. Her practice includes family law litigation, mediation, consultations, and collaborative law.
