TONY ROFFERS, Ph.D.

Tony Roffers, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist with a private psychotherapy practice in Oakland, California. He has served on the faculty at the University of California, Berkeley, San Francisco State University, Saint Mary's College of California, and Stanford University. Dr. Roffers consults with a wide variety of professional organizations and gives guest lectures in the Law School at U.C. Berkeley, Stanford University, U.C. Davis, and Hastings.

Dr. Roffers has taught communication skills workshops for groups of practicing attorneys throughout Northern California, including the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, the Collaborative Law Group in San Francisco, the Northern California Mediation Association, the American Association of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Sonoma Bar Association and the Seattle Bar Association, and JAMS/Endispute in San Francisco. He has also led Empathy Training and Conflict Resolution workshops for the National Institute for Trail Advocacy (NITA).
